Rossiter Cabinetry & Millwork: The Beauty of Woodwork
Nothing says “it's good to be home” like the warm deep glow of real wood. That's why we created Rossiter Cabinetry & Millwork, our sister company, to design and build your cabinets, mantels, stairs and more.
We also provide your own personal Cabinetry Designer who will design your custom kitchen. Loads of specialized storage, a luxury bath suite or a convenient mud room – you name it, your personal designer will create it.
Every wood component is made specifically for your home, from the kitchen cabinets to the accents. We offer five wood species to choose from: Cherry, Maple, Oak, Hickory and Poplar. There are seven stains available for each type of wood to give your woodwork a rich, elegant finish.
Allowances: Finding the Balance is Key
We’ll work with you to get the most out of your allowances. From lighting to doorknobs, your home should reflect your ideas and lifestyle.
While low allowances make for an attractive sales price, they also make it difficult to achieve your design goals. The result is usually hidden costs, frustration and a home that doesn’t live up to expectations.
Setting realistic allowances is the best way to avoid unforeseen disappointment.
We’ll help you set allowances that realistically reflect the character you’re looking for in your home. As your dream home comes together, we’ll also suggest ways to balance the design elements you love with the budget you’ve set for yourself.
